The Giver

Today was a good day. Pool, friend, mexican food. Ah, the middle-class life! I decided to give a bit of "Christmas-in-July" spirit to a friend of mine today. She was quite pleased to be the recipient of a striped felted purse I made for her back in June. It feels better to give than to recieve. I will one day make it my philosophy in life to always be the giver, as this has not always been the way of the Steph. Today, this was the beginning of a good feeling--a new era. Here's a pic of the before and after.

The purse has a lining, which makes it all the better!

I also gave another purse away about two or three weeks ago. It was a good feeling, then, too.

Hung-over Cell Phone Case

[[[Yay! It's the first post!]]]

After a night of Corona, Guacamole, XBox games and police, I have managed to make it out of bed and into the GAP by 9:15 a.m. Yes, this is my life. Here's the cell phone case I made for Joe:

And here's another pic of it:

Roosevelt had a fun-filled night, I guess. [You really never can tell.] I think he was estatic to find Joe still here in the morning, as he gave him 10 minutes or so of "too many kisses" when he woke him up. Brian was very jealous, but I don't think he will admit it.
