The Giver

Today was a good day. Pool, friend, mexican food. Ah, the middle-class life! I decided to give a bit of "Christmas-in-July" spirit to a friend of mine today. She was quite pleased to be the recipient of a striped felted purse I made for her back in June. It feels better to give than to recieve. I will one day make it my philosophy in life to always be the giver, as this has not always been the way of the Steph. Today, this was the beginning of a good feeling--a new era. I also gave another purse away about two or three weeks ago. It was a good feeling, then, too.
